1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how Zuro AI Inc., which operates the Auralis platform ("Auralis," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our websites, interact with our marketing, or use our products and services (collectively, the "Services").
Where Auralis processes personal data contained in a customer’s support conversations or connected knowledge sources ("Customer Data"), we act as a processor on behalf of that customer, and the customer’s own privacy policy governs. This policy covers the data for which Auralis is the controller — primarily visitors to our websites and business contacts.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us:
- Contact and business details you submit through forms — for example when you book a demo, download a resource, or contact us (name, work email, company, and your message).
- Account information if you register to use the Services.
- Communications you send us, including email and scheduling details.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and device information such as pages visited, referring URLs, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy at /cookie-policy/. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information via the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- To respond to enquiries, schedule demos, and manage our customer relationships.
- To send marketing communications you have requested or, where permitted, that we believe are relevant to your role — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To analyze how our websites are used so we can improve content and performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. AI Processing
Auralis provides agentic AI for customer support. When our AI processes Customer Data to resolve or assist with inquiries, we do so on our customer’s documented instructions. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not use Customer Data to train foundation models for other customers. Our AI & Data-Handling Statement at /ai-data-handling/ describes this in detail.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share personal information only with:
- Service providers (sub-processors) that help us deliver the Services, such as hosting, CDN and edge-security providers, productivity and email tools, CRM and marketing platforms, and demo-scheduling tools. Our current sub-processor list is available at /dpa/.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. International Data Transfers
We operate from the United States and Norway. Where personal data originating in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards — in particular the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect it.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — typically for the duration of our relationship with you plus a reasonable period — unless a longer retention period is required by law. Customer Data is retained and deleted according to our agreements with the relevant customer.
8. Security
We apply defense-in-depth security controls across our application, infrastructure, and operations, including encryption of data in transit and at rest and least-privilege access controls. Learn more at /security/. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
- EEA, UK, and Switzerland: you may exercise the rights available under the GDPR and equivalent laws, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- California: under the CCPA/CPRA you may request access, deletion, or correction, and you may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information via the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit.
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@auralis.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, analyze usage, and personalize marketing. See our Cookie Policy at /cookie-policy/ for details and to manage your preferences.
11. Children
Our Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and where changes are material we will provide additional notice.
