Subprocessors
How Auralis handles your data, in plain terms.
Last updated June 2026
To deliver the Auralis service, we engage a small number of trusted third parties (“subprocessors”) that may process personal data on our behalf. This page lists our current subprocessors. It is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement, and is the source of truth for the up-to-date list.
We enter into a written agreement with each subprocessor that imposes data protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement, and we remain responsible for their performance.
Current subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Processing location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure for our applications and services | United States |
| Microsoft Azure | Cloud hosting | United States |
| Azure OpenAI | Large language model processing | United States |
| Pinecone | Vector database for storing AI data | United States |
Changes to this list
Before we add or replace a subprocessor that will process personal data, we will give affected customers at least 10 business days’ notice. During that period, a customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds, and we will work in good faith to address the concern. International transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, including the Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
