AI Data Handling

How Auralis uses your data in our AI systems.

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Your data stays yours

You retain all rights in your Customer Data. When you use Auralis, we receive only a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that data to provide and support the Services — nothing more.

We don't train shared models on your data

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in an Order or Data Processing Addendum, we do not use your Customer Data to train foundation models for other customers. Your conversations, knowledge sources, and content are used to serve you — not to improve models for anyone else.

How AI processes your data

Auralis uses AI to resolve, assist with, and route support conversations. To do this, the platform processes the Customer Data you connect — such as support conversations and knowledge sources — to generate responses for your customers and your team.

AI output should be reviewed

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed where appropriate.

Encryption and access

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256. Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis, protected by strong authentication, and monitored.

Infrastructure

Auralis runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a SOC 2 and ISO 27001-certified cloud provider, with redundancy and monitoring to keep the platform available and resilient.

Privacy and compliance

We process personal data in line with the GDPR and the CCPA. A Data Processing Agreement is available to customers on request, and our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and the rights available to you.
