CSAT & Survey Agent
Asks for feedback at the right moment, captures the response, and acts on a poor score before the customer is lost.
The CSAT & Survey Agent gathers satisfaction feedback after a resolved case, at the moment it is most accurate. It captures the score and the comment, and where a response signals an unhappy customer, it acts on it straight away rather than leaving the feedback to be read later.
How it works
The agent sends the survey through Autopilot after a case is resolved, records the response, and recognises a poor score as a signal. Low scores are routed to a person through Assist with the case history, and Audit rolls the results into the patterns that drive weekly tuning.
Example requests it handles
- How would you rate your experience?
- My issue was not really resolved.
- That was very helpful, thank you.
- I am not satisfied with the outcome.
