It answers only from your approved sources and attaches the rule, and it escalates rather than improvising when there is no clear source.
How it works
The agent retrieves the relevant policy through Answer, returns the answer with the source attached, and resolves the clear cases through Autopilot. Anything ambiguous or outside the approved sources is escalated to a person through Assist, and Audit reviews answers for accuracy.
