Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Success to lead our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through our AI-powered solutions, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy aligned with Auralis AI’s business goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Customer Success team.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with Auralis AI.
  • Implement best practices for customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development.
  • Drive customer adoption and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations promptly.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer success documentation and resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of leading a customer success team and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of AI and SaaS product ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and metrics.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms.
