Job Overview

The GTM Engineer will design and maintain the technical and data backbone of our revenue engine. This hybrid role combines engineering, data research, and GTM operations—bridging Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain target databases with high data quality for outreach.
  • Research and curate prospect lists using a structured, logical approach.
  • Integrate and automate GTM tools for maximum efficiency.
  • Leverage data insights and AI to improve campaign targeting and conversion.
  • Conduct research to identify and validate ideal target accounts and personas across industries.
  • Build structured, high-quality prospect databases that ensure precise outreach.
  • Continuously refine targeting logic to reduce noise and increase conversion rates.
  • Connect CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms into a unified GTM stack.
  • Ensure smooth integrations with enterprise systems via APIs.
  • Design automated workflows to eliminate manual work in lead generation, engagement, and pipeline tracking.
  • Implement repeatable, scalable systems for outreach and follow-up.
  • Create and maintain clean data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
  • Build dashboards that surface insights on outreach performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics.
  • Use AI to personalize campaigns, optimize outreach, and identify best-fit prospects.
  • Embed AI-driven insights into targeting and engagement strategies.
  • Ensure GTM systems can handle growth without proportional increases in manual effort.
  • Drive predictability in revenue through smarter data and streamlined workflows.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in RevOps, Data Engineering, Sales Engineering, or GTM Operations.
  • Strong technical proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), automation tools, APIs, and data infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in data research, lead list building, and market segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills for turning raw data into actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and automate them.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven GTM tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP/ITSM ecosystems (Dynamics, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.).
  • Understanding of data compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
