Job Overview

Auralis AI is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Operations Associate (Internship-to-Hire) to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving lead generation, supporting outreach campaigns, and assisting with client engagement initiatives. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing within a fast-growing AI startup, with the potential to convert into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments across industries.
  • Drive lead generation through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound initiatives.
  • Support client presentations, product demos, and proposal creation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and content strategies.
  • Maintain CRM databases and track outreach activities and engagement metrics.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in BBA, BCom, or related business programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing, and client engagement.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
